Antlers Center maintains that success is more than a cease in destructive activity. It is a long term fulfillment of the clients potential to be the real human being they were created to be.
Residential Care 1-28 day residential care for men ages 19 and over. This is a structured treatment program with daily activities focused on education about the disease of addiction. The length of stay varies depending on the severity of the addiction. Clients are engaged in therapy groups, education groups, individual counseling, recreational activities and attend outside self help groups. Medical, mental health and psychological needs are assessed at this level of care. Aftercare and Family Care are included in the cost. The treatment cost for 30 days is $5,400 ($180/day) $2500.00 Down Payment
Intensive Outpatient Program
This is for people who show signs of chemical dependency but do not need the daily structure of a residential setting. Clients participate in treatment activities for six weeks, three times a week for three hour sessions. Clients have their choice of morning or evening sessions. Education, group therapy, individual counseling, journaling and 12-step meetings are included in this program.
Outpatient Program This is for individuals in the very early stages of chemical dependency. Clients participate in treatment for six weeks, one time a week for three hours. Clients have their choice of morning or evening sessions. Education, group therapy, individual counseling, journaling, and 12-step meetings are included in this program.
Continued Care (after care)
This one hour group meets either mornings or evenings. We recommend a year of after care for those completing Residential Treatment, twenty weeks for Intensive Outpatient care and ten weeks for outpatient.
Education This is a six week class that meets for three hours either in the morning or evening. Interactive journaling, education, lectures and films are the components of this program. This is for individuals who need and education class because of a DUI.
Family Care Antlers family care is a four week series that uses videos, interactive journaling and group sessions to educate family members about the disease of addiction and their responses to it.
Twelve Stepping Your Kids This is a program for recovering parents to help them make amends to their children and facilitate healing at home. This program is unique to Antlers Center.
Our Alumni Group is a delightful assortment of individuals who have the courage and support to be who they are meant to be and we think we have the best Alumni in the world.
Antlers often times has residents with artistic learnings. A painting workshop is available for clients who want to participate. We hold a yearly Art Show in July. Antlers has an extensive audio tape library with tapes documenting the history of the recovery movement that many find fascinating. Lincoln has a strong AA and NA community and Antlers residents participate in local meetings. Saturday nights the Antlers AA home group, the fireside group, is held in Antlers spacious living room. Antlers Alumni participation is strong. |
